The ideal candidate will ensure that all social media content aligns with Kpability’s or the client’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies, enhancing online presence and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Audit social media content regularly to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and style.Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.Track and analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
